Please answer the following questions to see if bronchial thermoplasty may be right for you.

Do you have frequent or daily daytime asthma symptoms?
Do you miss days from work, school or other daily activities because of your asthma?
Are you using a rescue inhaler (short-acting bronchodilator) more than 2 times per week?
Do you suffer from asthma attacks that require treatment with systemic (including oral) corticosteroids such as prednisone?
Have you needed urgent medical care or gone to the emergency room due to your asthma in the last 12 months?

You may have severe asthma that is not well controlled. You may be a candidate for bronchial thermoplasty. Request more information if you are interested in learning more about the procedure.

You may not be a candidate for bronchial thermoplasty at this time. Talk to your doctor further to assess if bronchial thermoplasty is right for you.
